Dengue loss of life moves to 134 with six additional passings
Six additional passings from dengue in 24 hours till Saturday morning raised the current year's fatalities from the mosquito-borne illness in Bangladesh to 134.

During this period, 869 additional patients were hospitalized with the viral fever, as indicated by the Directorate General of Wellbeing Administrations (DGHS).

All passings were accounted for from Dhaka division, reports UNB.

With this, the Dengue loss of life in Dhaka division rose to 81.

The dengue loss of life stayed unaltered at 38 in Chattogram, at five in Barishal, at five in Khulna, at three in Mymensingh and two in Rajshahi division.

Of the new patients, 481 were confessed to various medical clinics in Dhaka and 388 external it, as per the DGHS.
